Shipping & Returns

Paramount Coffee uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our coffee to our online customers.
As UPS can not deliver packages to post office (PO) boxes, please make sure your account includes a physical location address. We offer UPS Ground or UPS Second Day Air shipping. Note: Second Day Air is only available to shipping addresses outside of Michigan.
All internet orders generally are shipped the following business day, Monday-Friday.*

  • Sorry, but we can only ship to non- PO Box addresses in the continental United States.
  • Free Shipping deals are limited to ground shipping within the continental United States.
  • Free Shipping deals are limited to one (1) "ship to" address per order.
  • Regardless of order shipping method or cost, multiple "ship to" address requests will not be honored and your order may be refunded. Only one (1) "ship to" address per order is allowed. If you required multiple "ship to" addresses, i.e., for shipping to multiple office locations, seperate orders must be placed with each of the different addresses.

Paramount Coffee Company guarantees you'll enjoy our gourmet coffees. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Paramount Coffee will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first thirty (30) days from the ship date. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after thirty (30) days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded.
For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, Paramount Coffee will re-ship at no charge to customers.

*Applies to orders paid via credit card or Paypal instant transfers. Orders paid via Paypal's eCheck service will be held until payment clears. eChecks generally clear in 3-4 business days. Next business day shipping depends on several factors including, but not limited to: number of orders processed, product availablity, UPS shipping schedules, holidays, and etc.
